So, you looked at the First Time Visitor Page and now you want in?

Step 1:

Your homework at this point is to read the “How to Start.”

Seriously, read it and really think about some of the things that it says. After that, come on down and get your feet wet! Every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM, GSX holds a completely free, no obligation group workout. We’ve got the equipment, trainers, and space to handle 60+ people, so trust us, we’ve got room for you. No reservation or appointment needed, just stop on by and fall in love with your new hobby and new community.

Step 2:

Get with one of our trainers via phone or email and get scheduled for a 2 week On Ramp program (1 hour at 6:30 on M,W,F) for $125. Your On Ramp is your guided introduction to the how and why of CrossFit as well as in-depth instruction in all of the most common movements and exercises in our CrossFit program. Don’t be scared or intimidated by the volume of information that we cover, this is to build familiarity and give you some exposure, not to make you a Shadow Ninja Master. You will cover, at a minimum, the following: Air Squat, Push Up, Pull Up, Sit Up, Wallballs, Knees-to-Elbows, Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Back Squat, Front Squat, Over Head Squat, Deadlift, Row, Kettlebell Swing, Clean, and Snatch.
