Handstand walks, HSPU, or even just static holds are all acceptable uses of time

10:00 AMRAP of:
30 Double-Unders
10 Hang Power Snatches (75/55)

SIDE NOTE: If you have ANY age appropriate books for kiddos ages 4-7 that you’d be willing to part with, please bring them up to the gym and give them to either myself or Tara. Tara is a kindergarden teacher and needs your help to stop a generation of young Texans from being illiterate!!
