Memorial Day
Thank you to all who have, are, and will serve the greatest calling that there is.
Monday WILL NOT be a standard schedule day. We are holding open gym from 10:00am-12:30pm. Workout cycles are planned far in advance with no consideration for holidays, but you are more than welcome to do a “Hero” WOD if you so desire.
