Posting this up a little bit early for Monday so that you’ve got a bit of your Sunday to watch this video and study some Oly technique pieces. When you’re watching the segments with two lifters or two lifts overlapping, what are some of the differences between the ones (Cleans/Snatches) that are nearly stationary versus those that are missed out in front or have to be chased down?
