If you don’t have some max effort singles in any of these, you’ll need to get them this week or on Saturday.

Snatch
Clean and Jerk
Back Squat
Front Squat
Press
Push Press

So, if you need a 1RM on any of those, that will be what you need to get done this week. If you need some help figuring out which ones to hit when, just ask one of the trainers.

If you have all of those knocked out and documented (AND CURRENT! What you squatted in college doesn’t count if you can’t do it to FULL ROM today!), here’s the Wednesday workout:

As heavy as possible in the following complex: (Only if you don’t have any other 1RMs to get!)
Power Clean
Hang Power Clean
Hang Squat Clean
Push Press
Push Jerk
Split Jerk
*Hands must stay on the bar! If you can’t do it without regripping, you can’t do it.

If you still have 1RMs to get:
50 Double Unders
50 Situps
400m Run
25 Double Unders
25 Situps
400m Run
