If you plan on competing this weekend, I would recommend that Wednesday be your last workout day so you can really get after it on Saturday. However, if you have solid recovery ability and your sleep and diet are squared away, you could probably workout on Thursday and rest Friday. That’s on you though. Depends on how fresh you want to be…
