So speaking of OHS, who within our ranks has hit the infamous 15 Rep OHS at bodyweight? Anyone have notable high rep overhead squats?

Haven’t decided yet. Wednesday will be a track workout at TCU so Monday will probably a 15:00 timeframe metcon with running involved in it.

Great effort by the 6:00am class! Great instruction from Steve on the OHS and bench press.
Stephanie- It’ll be me and Dustin over there coaching it and there are going to be regular GSX clients over there.
115# OHS, 170# x 6 reps BP, and some half assed Deadlifts @ 275#. Good end to the week.
Thanks Jenny. Worked out at 0830 today. 185×3, 195×3, 205×2 on OHS. Got 17 reps @ 170 (bodyweight) on the Bench. This was 3 reps shy of a PR, which I think was done when I was actually benching with some regularity.
