A. 3-3-3 Front Squat
B. 3 Rounds of:
25 Ring Dips
50 Squats

What’s your issue in the Front Squat? Are you shallow? Do your elbows drop? Is the front rack a difficult position for you?

    So I posted my time on the power clean, burpee WOD and it was removed for some reason…I can take a hint. ;-)

    Nothing was intentionally deleted. We average between 20-30 spam comments a day and it must have gotten sent to the trash or spam folder accidentally. I restored it. Nothing sneaky or hidden going on and certainly nothing to have to “take a hint” about. Just an honest mistake.

    Dabaya’s squats look “Alfredo easy”. Did my workout at a Globogym today. FS : 225×3, 245×3, 250×2. WOD completed in 7:46 with bar dips.
