    I’m pretty sure the one dude who did a back flip was a legit’ midget… Now that something i could get into watching- midget weight lifting! I think we need to offer some sort of special deal at GSX for the “lil people” of the community. Can you even imagine how fast you could do burpees if you were 3 and a half feet tall?! I mean just watch Buzzard…

    On a serious note- i love the snatch.

    Hey all! I just wanted to send an update since I haven’t been at GSX lately:

    First order of business:

    Disturbed concert September 10th (not sure all the details, but I really want to go, just no one to go with!) Please let me know, I already missed the Deftones, and a bunch of other concerts this summer!

    Secondly:

    The website has made HUGE progress in the past day or two. I’m looking to complete it asap and have those yummy Paleo recipes up.

    Fun times with the 4:30 group today. I made a couple of technical improvements in my Jerk which should pay dividends in the near future. I do plan on going down to Tomball for Octoberfest II. They have a Masters division I qualify for (don’t tell The Godfather). I just have one more thing to say : Man, Alfredo is strong.

    Favorite lift, is: the clean. :)

    5 power cleans, 80 single unders (was rx’d at 20 DU’s)*I need my own jump rope!! the ones at the gym are barely long enough and way too heavy.. a trainwreck on the DU’s would be what it would have been!
    80lbs on the clean. 10:10

    Alfredo is a beast! I wanna still see those pics from Candice’s sweet 16! – Alfredo, where are they?! I have facebook now :) lol.

    Did the WOD with the hubby who hurt himself by accident…4:30 rxd. Did a heavy split jerk on friday for a PR…190#. Slowly creeping up to 200#.
