    Nice to get back at it…2:57/2:59/3:24. Tabata push ups with resting in a plank got hard really fast.

    Great to have Chuck back this morning! 800M runs 4:59/4:55/4:15. Started the tabata with 11 but lost count when I started seeing stars.

    What is the rest between runs? Was up until midnight so could not make the 6am class.

    Did the WOD…PR* 800m Run 2:41 Then 2:42 and 3:23 (had to take a small break after the first 400m due to cramping).

    Tabata Push Ups *8 Gamed this one way too much. Should have went for 10.

    Good job, 8:30 class! Good turn out!

    We were runnin’ fools @ 0830. Tried to stay consistent, but should have gone a little harder on the first two. Times: 3:04, 3:02, 2:51. Tabata PU’s – 8. Everyone is getting faster!

    Yeah, 8:30 class did great! Thanks to Candice for running me in on that last 800! And today I did 21 double unders in a row!!! Previous record was 3 :)
